Reliability rankings come from raw U.S. DOT Bureau of Transportation Statistics data, computed by The Sales Traveler, updated monthly — not from opinion or loyalty perks. Where a question is about scored commitments rather than raw delivery, it routes to the Index Desk, which rates vendors on published commitments only. The through-line is the Revenue Travel standard: judge a brand by what it delivers, not what it promises.
