Self-Assessed: the honest first rung
Certification is earned on-site and can be failed. Self-Assessment is the rung below it, priced for a single property: run the public 15-check instrument on your own property, publish the result under your name, and stand in the directory while you close the gaps.
What $950/yr includes
A listed profile in the Self-Assessed directory with your 15-check results · the Self-Assessed badge kit (label rules included) · your score refreshed on request · a published upgrade path to Certified.
What it is not
Not verified, not Certified, never presented as either. Misuse of the badge without the label is a listing-removal offense — same 7-day directory rule as the certified mark.
Start: score your property, then list it
Run the free check first — it takes 10 minutes — then submit with your share link in the notes.
Self-Assessed listing: $950 now → $1,250 from July 1, 2027. Today's price is the charter rate, held until the first annual re-score edition. Buy at charter and your rate is grandfathered for every uninterrupted renewal. Increases are announced here first — never invoiced retroactively. The step-up isn't a discount trick; it's the published cost of the desk's growing record.
The verdict is never for sale — no purchase on this page can move a score, in either direction. Corrections land in 7 days and live on the public ledger. The full protocol, including your right of reply, is published at /governance/.
