If your brand ranks top-3 on any Index, that claim is worth money in your marketing — and using it accurately requires a license. The Ranked Seal license grants 12 months of commercial use: ads, website, sales decks, property collateral.
What makes the claim verifiable
The license includes official artwork, an exact current-edition claim, usage rules, and a link back to the scored entry. If the rank changes, the old claim expires. I keep licensing separate from scoring so the commercial claim cannot outlive the evidence behind it.
When not to buy: if you rank fourth, you are not eligible. The path to a top-three claim runs through the published checks, not a commercial conversation.

$7,500 per year at the charter rate ($12,500 from July 1, 2027). It covers 12 months of commercial use — ads, website, decks — of a current top-3 ranking claim.
Who is eligible for a seal license?
Only brands ranked top-3 on a current Index edition. If a re-score drops you out of the top 3, the license lapses automatically with pro-rated credit.
Can we buy a better ranking?
No. The license sells the right to state what the table already says; the table is governed by the published method and correction protocol.
Ranked Seal license: $7,500 now → $12,500 from July 1, 2027. Today's price is the charter rate, held until the first annual re-score edition. Buy at charter and your rate is grandfathered for every uninterrupted renewal. Increases are announced here first — never invoiced retroactively. The step-up isn't a discount trick; it's the published cost of the desk's growing record.
