What this record does not tell you

This is a commitment audit. It measures what Nomad has published in writing on a page that resolves, which is the only thing this desk will score. It says nothing about how Nomad treated you on a Tuesday, and a low score is not an accusation of bad service: it means the commitment could not be found in public. Unstated is No, a hedge is No, and “contact sales” is No.

That distinction cuts both ways. A company can run an excellent operation and score badly here because it publishes nothing, and the fix is entirely in its hands.

If Nomad thinks this is wrong
