What this record does not tell you

This is a commitment audit. It measures what Airalo has published in writing on a page that resolves, which is the only thing this desk will score. It says nothing about how Airalo treated you on a Tuesday, and a low score is not an accusation of bad service: it means the commitment could not be found in public.
