Washington, DC: DC is a transit metro — DCA is on the Metro, the Silver Line reaches Tysons/Reston. A rental is rarely needed. Philadelphia: PHL has SEPTA’s Airport Line to Center City, but the suburban belt (King of Prussia, the Main Line) is largely car country.
