Business Travel to Atlanta: The Complete Guide
Everything a business traveler needs for Atlanta — getting around, where to stay, the companies you'd visit, and the conferences that land here.
Getting around Atlanta
ATL is one of the few Southern airports with a real rail link: MARTA’s Red/Gold line runs from the airport to Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead in 15–30 minutes for a couple of dollars, beating traffic on the Connector. For the northern suburbs — Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, the perimeter — MARTA does not reach, so it is a rideshare or rental.

A free evening in Atlanta
Atlanta's Eastside is where to unwind: walk the BeltLine's Eastside Trail or Piedmont Park, and let it spill into Ponce City Market or the Old Fourth Ward for dinner. Downtown, the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola fill a spare half-day.
